Biotin supplements with the fewest additives
Biotin may fight diabetes, improve the condition of skin and nails, and more. However, many biotin supplements contain more than just biotin. For example, silica or silicon dioxide are often added to prevent caking, magnesium stearate or stearic acid for easier manufacturing, titanium dioxide for whitening, and lecithin as an emulsifier.
I try to avoid these additives because they may have questionable health effects. If you want to do the same, my recommendations for the purest biotin supplements are:
