Halibut liver oil supplements with the fewest additives
Halibut liver oil is an excellent source of oil-based vitamin A, and a good source of vitamin D. However, many brands "fortify" their halibut oil supplements to achieve their target dosages. If you'd like to avoid that, I'd suggest:
Suggestion for a low-additive, affordable halibut-liver oil:
- achieves vitamin A/D dosage purely from halibut liver oil
