Tyrosine supplements with the fewest additives
Tyrosine is an amino acid that may be useful to take before exercise, and may improve blood pressure and cognition. However, many tyrosine products contain more than just the L-tyrosine. I try to avoid such excipients when possible. If you want to do the same, my recommendations are:
