Whipped creams with the fewest additives
Whipped creams often contain questionable additives. For example, glycerides are often added as emulsifiers, carrageenan for thickening or consistency, corn syrup as a sweetener, and artificial flavors to improve taste.
I try to avoid corn syrup, glycerides, and artificial flavors because they may have negative health effects. If you'd like to do the same, my recommendations are below.
All of the whipped creams on this page contain nitrous oxide as a propellant. If you are aware of any brands that use a different propellant, please let me know in the comments at the bottom of the page.
